About Me

I turn audience data into revenue. My work at the intersection of CRM, digital strategy and commercial partnerships taught me that isolated campaigns rarely compound. The organisations that grow are the ones where data, content and partnerships pull in the same direction.

At Cruzeiro SAF, that meant managing segmentation and lifecycle strategy while staying accountable for sponsor activation and digital channel performance. It is an unusual scope. It also means I can think about audience behaviour and commercial outcomes at the same time.

A season with Nashville SC during their MLS launch reinforced something I keep coming back to: the commercial results follow when the fan experience is designed properly. That mindset applies in any market.

  • Led digital ecosystem strategy across web, app and Salesforce, converting lifecycle automation and CRM segmentation into R$7M in incremental revenue beyond the existing commercial base.
  • Grew ticketing revenue 36% year-over-year to R$69M through BI-driven pricing segmentation and strategic sales window management, averaging 40K+ attendance and R$2.3M per game.
  • Scaled membership revenue 57% year-over-year, from R$32M to R$51M, through CRM lifecycle campaigns across a 97K+ paying member base.
  • Architected the Adidas commercial digital framework, contributing to R$80M+ in cumulative sales across digital and physical retail channels.
